How to Increase Church Attendance

There are plenty of outlets your church can utilize to increase attendance. Consider these questions:

• Does your church have a Facebook presence?
• Does your church have a general social media presence?
• Does your church engage in the community?
• Does your church encourage its attendees to invite their friends, neighbors and/or co-workers?
• Does your church provide the materials to advertise the congregation?
• Does your church spend money on advertising?

If you answered 'no' at least once, there is room for your church to improve. Even if you answered 'yes', improvements can be made somewhere - is the money spent on advertising is showing a return on investment; are your followers liking/sharing/commenting on your post; your church is present in community events but are relationships built with someone such as school officials or your local Chamber of Commerce?
