Is there a monthly minimum?
No, we have some churches investing $5 a month to reach new movers.
Can I design my own postcard?
YES! Download our Production Template to see what kind of artwork we can use.
What is a "magnet mailer postcard"?
The magnet mailer is a regular postcard with a business-card-sized magnet affixed to the back with removable glue. The glue is strong enough to go through the mail yet it is easily removed once it arrives. The magnet can highlight your worship times, address or contact information. Learn more about Magnet Mailers here.
Where are my postcards mailed?
You decide where to mail based on ZIP codes or a mileage radius around your church. We can even use map boundaries. Plus, you can change the mailing area from month to month.
Do I get a copy of the mailing list?
We automatically send you the mailing list after every mailing. You can use the list for a follow-up mailing or to track your new visitors.
Can you put my logo, photo and images on the postcard?
Custom postcard design is all included. Send us any images, logos and photos you want to include in the design. In a few days we'll send you an initial layout proof for your review. We can then make any number of changes and revisions. You will always see the layout before it is printed.
Can you design the map?
YES! We can design the map. Creative design and unlimited creative revisions are all included.
Where do you get the new mover names?
We source our new mover mailing list from the premier new mover list provider in the country. It is compiled from a variety of sources (multi-sourced), cross verified to ensure true new mover status and updated monthly.
Do you offer any discounts or non-profit pricing?
All first time customers get 25% off their first mailing. The pricing on our website already reflect non-profit rates. You DO NOT need a non-profit permit from the Post Office to get our non-profit rates.
How long have you been in business?
We started helping churches increase the number of new visitors in 2006. We have helped hundreds and hundreds of churches connect with new families. Learn more about our company.
Do you offer a deliverability guarantee?
We offer a 100% deliverability guarantee. If a postcard is returned to you, we'll issue a credit on your next invoice.
Do you have any samples or testimonials?
Visit our Postcard Gallery to see some of our designs (this is just a fraction; we have literally printed and mailed new mover postcards and magnet mailers for hundreds and hundreds of churches). You can request a FREE Samples Pack and read customer testimonials.
My church doesn't have a credit card, can you send an invoice?
Absolutely! We accept credit cards or we can send you a monthly invoice (due net 30). The choice is yours.
Does you company do regular mailings (not just new movers)?
In addition to our popular monthly new movers postcard program, we also offer extremely affordable neighborhood mailings (also known as mass or saturation mailings). Our outreach marketing philosophy is to avoid large saturation mailings and focus on key groups within your neighborhood. Our church clients have found greater success reaching families with children for example. Learn more information about our traditional neighborhood mailings here.
