Millennials who have been raised in the church have more often than not walked away. Ever since the late 20th century, young families have become weary from congregations. As society evolves, the ideas of church have grown complex and millennials are seeking for more depth in their churches.

Strategies need to be altered when the target audience differs. Churches welcome those of all ages; but if the church is targeting youth younger than 16 or seniors over 65 years old, the strategy will not be the same.
To integrate seniors into a church, the organization can create senior choir, spiritual luncheons, Sunday school classes, and/or provide transportation to Sunday mass for those with limited mobility.
