The Original New Mover Church Postcard Program

New movers (also known as new residents or new move-ins) are more likely to be looking for a church home than established residents. Using your text and photos, or selecting one of our eye-catching templates, we'll design a postcard to use in your monthly church welcome mailings. After the mailing, we automatically send you a copy of your list printed on peel and stick labels absolutely FREE.

How It Works

1. Decide on Your Mailing Area

The first step is to decide on the area around your church you would like to reach with your church welcome invitation. This is called your "mailing area". You can select certain ZIP codes or you can use a mileage radius around your church. Plus, you can even "hand-pick" and include specific neighborhoods/subdivisions from outside your main mailing area.

2. Submit a Free Count Report

To help you estimate your monthly outreach investment, complete this online count request. Using our new mover history file, we will let you know the average number of new families who move into your mailing area each month.

To calculate your monthly investment, simply multiply your average new mover count with the cost per piece. For example, if the average number of new families moving to your ZIP code is 68, your estimated monthly investment is 68 x 79¢ per piece (total cost of around $53.72 a month). The number of families moving does vary from month-to-month so this is just a guide. You can reach all new movers in your area or you can reduce the number to any quantity you choose.

3. Postcard Design

Using the pictures you provide or images from our photo library, our designers will put together a custom design of your new resident welcome postcard. These pictures could include the church leadership, ministry teams or the church building itself.

You also provide text for the back including the welcome message, your worship times, contact information, website, etc. We take care of the map.

We have an online form with the information we need to create your postcard. Please click here if you are ready to get started. In a few days, we will send you your postcard layout to review. You are welcome to make any changes (no charge for revisions). Once you approve the postcard, it is printed and prepared for mailing.

4. Monthly Mailings

Using our freshly updated new mover mailing list, we address and mail your postcards to families who have just moved into your "mailing area" during the previous month. Your postcards are delivered to the Post Office around the 15th of each month. Remember, there are:

• No contracts to sign: This is an automatic monthly program but you can stop your mailings at any time
• No set-up fees: The 79¢ cost per piece includes EVERYTHING: postcard design, printing, the mailing list, addressing and postage
• No mailing minimums: We have some churches mailing 10 postcards a month
• 100% deliverability guarantee: Receive a full credit on every piece that is returned to you because it couldn't be delivered
• No monthly account fees: Your total cost is based on the number of pieces that we mail for you
• Flexible payment options: Pay by credit card or invoice (net 30)

5. Free Labels

Toward the end of each month, you will receive a copy of your mailing list on peel and stick labels. You will also receive a "paid" invoice if we processed your credit card or an invoice. Your first invoice will include a 25% new customer discount. You will also receive printed samples of your postcard with your first invoice.
